Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Career Counsellor to join our team. As a Career Counsellor, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

• Explain products/services and their benefits to potential customers.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

• Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to the sales and marketing teams.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 6 years of experience.
