Job Description: Real Estate Telecaller – Telesales
Position: Telecaller – Real Estate Telesales
Location: Hegdenagar, Bangalore

Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our real estate sales team. The role involves outbound calling to prospective clients, sharing details about residential villa plot projects, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing inquiries.
Present and promote residential projects to prospective buyers.
Maintain an updated database/CRM of all client interactions and leads.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly over the phone.
Persuade and motivate customers to visit project sites.
Coordinate with field sales executives to ensure smooth follow-up.
Handle objections and provide accurate responses to client queries.
Work towards daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional communication.
Key Skills & Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
Languages Preferred: Kannada, English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Strong persuasion and objection handling skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of real estate projects and documentation (training will be provided).
Familiarity with CRM/lead management tools is an advantage.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
Qualifications
Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or customer service preferred, but freshers are welcome.
