Role Overview:
Calling existing and potential customers on behalf of leading banks to explain and cross-sell various banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, and other retail products.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and explain banking products
Cross-sell and upsell relevant products based on customer profile
Answer basic customer queries and handle objections politely
Update call outcomes and customer details in the CRM system
Meet daily / weekly call and conversion targets
