We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller Outbound to bring their Loan/ Credit Card expertise to our team at Folkskill Private Limited in Mumbai, Kasar vadavali, Thane West. This position involves managing outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹23000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.

• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

• Good Communication skills

• Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 0-1 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in English. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Graduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.

Time : 9:30am To 6:30pm
