We are looking for a Telecaller Outbound to join our team at Fixer Business Solutions. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain software features, benefits, and pricing.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Coordinate product demonstrations and sales follow-ups.
Maintain customer and calling records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Job Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or software sales is preferred.
Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
