Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and result-driven Outbound Call Sales Executives to promote and sell Personal Loans and Business Loans over the phone. You will play a key role in generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

• Explain loan products (Personal & Business Loans) clearly and confidently.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options.

• Follow up with interested clients and assist in the loan application process.

• Maintain and update customer databases accurately.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams and financial partners for application processing.

• Provide excellent post-sales customer support.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Proven experience in outbound telesales or financial product sales preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic understanding of loan products (training will be provided).

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
