Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and result-driven Outbound Call Sales Executives to promote and sell Personal Loans and Business Loans over the phone. You will play a key role in generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain loan products (Personal & Business Loans) clearly and confidently.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options.
Follow up with interested clients and assist in the loan application process.
Maintain and update customer databases accurately.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams and financial partners for application processing.
Provide excellent post-sales customer support.

Requirements:

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience in outbound telesales or financial product sales preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of loan products (training will be provided).
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
