Telecaller Outbound

Job Title: Loan Telecaller (Experienced)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentive (Based on experience & performance)
Location: F-20-21 RC Plaza Kirari Suleman Nagar North West Delhi 110086
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Loan/Finance calling experience mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for loan products (Personal Loan, Overdraft, Business Loan, etc.)

• Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation clearly

• Generate quality leads and follow up with interested customers

• Maintain call records and customer details accurately

• Coordinate with the backend team for document collection and disbursal

• Achieve daily and monthly calling & conversion targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Loan Telecaller is mandatory

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Knowledge of banking/DSA loan process will be an advantage

• Ability to handle customer queries and objections

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
