Job Description

  • Handle outbound customer calls and explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and documentation.

  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful loan applications.

  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams for documentation, verification and loan processing.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until loan disbursement.

  • Build and maintain a strong customer database and sales pipeline.

  • Ensure proper customer communication and adherence to company policies.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in personal loan sales is preferred.

  • Experience banks, DSA or fintech companies will be an advantage.

  • Good communication and convincing skills.

  • Target-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

  • Basic knowledge of personal loan eligibility, documentation and sales processes.

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
