The Telecaller Expert is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to generate sales, follow up with customers, provide information, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric mindset to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up on previous interactions to convert leads into sales.
Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, offers, and services.
Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Convince customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Upsell or cross-sell products where applicable.
Maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
Update call logs, follow-up reports, and daily activity sheets.
Provide regular updates to the team leader/manager on performance and challenges.
Maintain data confidentiality and company policies.
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (any field).
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal communication in English and/or local languages.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or BPO industry.
