We are looking for a Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team at Eecom Business Consultancy. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹8,000 - ₹10,000.
Key Responsibilities:
📞 Lead Generation & Calling
Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and handle incoming inquiries from interested leads.
Pitching Products: Clearly explain product or service features, pricing, and benefits to generate interest and qualify prospects.
Follow-Ups: Call back leads at scheduled times and nurture prospects until they are ready to make a purchase.
🤝 Sales & Negotiation
Closing Deals: Guide customers through the purchasing process and use persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales.
Upselling/Cross-selling: Recommend additional products, upgrades, or renewals to existing customers to maximize value.
Handling Objections: Address customer concerns, answer questions, and resolve rejections calmly and professionally.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
