We are looking for a motivated and energetic telecaller—sales—to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our e-commerce services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
Explain company services related to Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, website development, account management, cataloging, advertising, and other e-commerce solutions.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable service packages.
Follow up with interested clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Generate and maintain a database of leads and customer information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth onboarding of new clients.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about services.
Maintain proper records of conversations, follow-ups, and closures in CRM or Excel sheets.
Build strong relationships with clients for future business opportunities.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support will be preferred.
