Key Responsibilities:
Lead Outreach: Call potential customers from provided lists or CRM and spark initial interest.
Pitch Products/Services: Deliver concise, confident explanations tailored to customer needs.
Understand Customer Needs: Listen actively, uncover pain points, and match them with the right solutions.
Follow-up Calls: Maintain a rhythm of timely follow-ups that keep conversations warm.
Generate Appointments/Conversions: Convert conversations into meetings, demos, or direct sales depending on the process.
Handle Objections: Respond to doubts with clarity, patience, and convincing information.
Achieve Daily/Monthly Targets: Maintain consistent performance aligned with sales goals.
Support Customer Queries: Help customers understand pricing, features, processes, and next steps.
Maintain Call Quality Standards: Uphold professionalism, tone, empathy, and compliance guidelines.
Share Market Feedback: Bring real-world intel from customer conversations to improve scripts, offers, and positioning.
Team Coordination: Work closely with sales executives or business development to ensure smooth lead handover.Job Requirements:
