Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers.
Generate qualified leads for IT Infrastructure products and services.
Understand customer requirements and explain company offerings effectively.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales/Business Development team.
Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and call logs.
Follow up on inquiries received through calls, emails, website, and social media.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and follow-ups.
Prepare daily activity and lead status reports.
