About the Role

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales. Freshers with a positive attitude are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Call potential customers from the provided leads.
Explain project details and property offerings to prospects.
Understand customer requirements and answer their queries.
Schedule site visits for interested clients.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Update lead status and customer information in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or real estate.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Good verbal communication in Hindi, English, and Marathi (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Strong, convincing, and follow-up skills.
