Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a Telecaller Outbound to join our team at Dr. Pathcares. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹12000 - ₹21000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects from provided leads

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable healthcare packages

• Explain features, benefits, and prices clearly and confidently

• Answer customer queries regarding services, tests, and pricing

• Maintain a high conversion ratio (calls → sales)

• Follow scripts while also customizing conversations as needed

• Track call outcomes and update CRM / lead management system

• Follow up with warm leads and nurture until close

• Resolve basic complaints and escalate complex issues to team lead

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
