Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a Telecaller Outbound to join our team . The role involves Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, Scheduling appointments or product demos where necessary. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹18000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain products/services and generate interest

• Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database

• Handle inbound queries with professionalism

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role is to make out bound calls, convincing customers to take demo's of company products and fixing appointments. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu]

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)

• Strong convincing skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

• Freshers are also welcome

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
