Job Title: Telecaller – Outbound

Location: KR Puram, Bangalore

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month + Incentives

Work Days: 6 days working (Day Shift) | 1 Rotational Off

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller (Outbound) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting key data and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales and service calls to potential customers.

• Update and maintain customer information accurately in the system.

• Follow communication scripts and handle customer queries effectively.

• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or above.

• Experience: 0–3 years (Atleast 3 months of work experience with Telecalling or Telesales is preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be comfortable working 6 days a week during the day shift.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
