Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in New Delhi. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, addressing inquiries, explaining the company's products and services, and generating leads. The role involves maintaining detailed records of interactions, following up on prospective leads, and ensuring a professional and customer-focused approach in all communications.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Proficiency in managing customer interactions and generating leads
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet performance targets
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred
Fluency in multiple local languages is an advantage
