Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Education Company. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing basic information about our courses and training programs, and converting inquiries into enrolments through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students/leads generated through marketing campaigns

Handle inbound calls and inquiries related to courses, fees, schedules, and certifications

Share basic course information and highlight key benefits

Follow up with interested candidates to encourage enrolment

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel

Update daily call reports and lead status

Achieve assigned calling and admission targets

Coordinate with the internal team for updated course and batch details

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)

Clear voice, polite telephone etiquette, and confidence while calling

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Google Sheets)

Ability to handle queries and objections effectively

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience as a Telecaller or in inside sales is an advantage

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Comfortable with continuous calling and follow-ups
