Job Description: Telecaller / Outbound Executive – Education Sector

Job Title: Telecaller / Outbound Executive
Industry: Education / EdTech
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads provided by the company

  • Explain educational courses, programs, and services clearly to potential candidates

  • Follow up on interested leads and convert them into admissions

  • Understand student requirements and guide them toward suitable courses

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

  • Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of outbound telecalling experience (Education sector preferred)

  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)

  • Experience in lead conversion or counseling is an advantage

  • Ability to work under targets and pressure

  • Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems

Skills Required:

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

  • Customer-focused approach

  • Clear voice and confident calling style

  • Good listening and follow-up skills
