Delivery Rider Hiring के लिए 2 Telecallers की आवश्यकता है।

Job Role

Delivery Riders को call करके onboarding करवाना

Onboarding के बाद riders को order milestone complete करवाने में guide करना

Swiggy: ID activate होने के बाद 10 दिन में 50 orders

Blinkit: ID activate होने के बाद 10 दिन में 20 orders

Zepto: ID activate होने के बाद 6 दिन में 100 orders

Payment Structure

₹350 per successful hiring

Monthly Target

15 Successful Hiring

Salary Rules

15 Hiring Complete: ₹10,000 payout

15 से कम Hiring: ₹350 per hiring

15 से ज्यादा Hiring: ₹10,000 + ₹350 per extra hiring

Important Condition

इस काम में कोई fixed salary नहीं है अगर monthly target पूरा नहीं होता है

₹10,000 payout तभी मिलेगा जब 15 hiring का target पूरा होगा

Verification Rule

Payment successful hiring और milestone completion के बाद ही मिलेगा

Rider ने milestone complete किया है या नहीं, यह online order tracking system के अनुसार verify किया जाएगा

कितने orders हुए हैं और milestone पूरा हुआ है या नहीं — सब कुछ online track होता है

इसलिए payment system record के आधार पर ही किया जाएगा
