Key Areas of Responsibility
· Identify prospects by lead generation through calling the data base available on the net, or made available by the co-ordinator and/or owner
· Identify leads by calling existing clientele of CAs, existing customers etc.
· Coordinate with sales and service resources to fix appointments for demos and implementation/installation/troubleshooting etc.
· Pass any noteworthy feedback to the coordinator and/or owner.
· Probing and understanding business needs of prospect/customer to pitch right solution.
· Customer Relationship Management by building good rapport with customer.
