• Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/lead generation targets.

• Follow up with interested customers to ensure successful conversions.

• Adhere to company policies and banking compliance guidelines.

• Provide feedback to the sales or product team for lead quality and campaign performance.
