Job Opening: Female Candidate – Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented MALE candidate for Outbound Calling and Lead Generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls to potential clients

  • Generate, manage, and convert mature leads into business opportunities

  • Work on fresh as well as mature/qualified leads for higher conversion

  • Manage and operate the IndiaMART portal efficiently

  • Respond to inquiries and ensure strong follow-ups

  • Maintain proper client database and lead tracking

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills

  • Hands-on experience with IndiaMART portal is mandatory

  • Experience in handling mature/qualified leads and closing deals

  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email handling, data entry, CRM usage)

  • Basic knowledge of lead management and sales process

  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach
