We are looking for a confident and articulate Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Provide detailed information about products or services

• Understand customer requirements and address queries

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions

• Follow up with Enquires to ensure satisfaction and build relationships

• Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team goals

Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred

• HSC

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
