We are hiring a results-driven Tele Calling Sales Executive / Senior Executive to join our growing
sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, conducting SaaS product
demonstrations over call, nurturing leads through the sales funnel, and driving revenue through
persuasive communication and timely follow-ups. This is a high-energy, target-driven role suited for
self-motivated individuals who thrive in a structured sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects and leads to generate interest, pitch the
product, and qualify opportunities.
• Conduct structured SaaS product demonstrations via call and video to showcase product
value and address client queries.
• Manage the complete sales funnel - from lead generation and initial outreach to negotiation,
closure, and post-sale follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records - log all interactions, update deal stages, and
track pipeline health on a daily basis.
• Execute regular, structured follow-ups with prospects to move deals forward and prevent
pipeline leakage.
• Apply effective negotiation and persuasion techniques to handle objections, create urgency,
and close deals within the sales cycle.
• Travel for client meetings or business visits on a case-to-case basis - approximately 1-2 times
per quarter as required.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for performance-based
incentives.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to share customer insights, objections, and
market feedback.
