Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive / Telecaller for our office team. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining BlackPapers’ services, taking regular follow-ups, and booking appointments or closing deals.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, so clear communication, confidence, discipline, and follow-up skills are very important.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to provided leads and handle inbound inquiries.

• Understand customer requirements related to Startup, MSME, NGO, taxation, accounting, or compliance services.

• Explain BlackPapers’ services such as GST registration/filing, ITR, ROC/MCA filings, accounting, NGO compliance, TDS, payroll, and related services.

• Follow up with leads regularly until appointment booking or closure.

• Book appointments for senior consultants or close deals directly as per company process.

• Maintain daily CRM updates with call status, lead stage, remarks, and next follow-up date.

• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, connects, appointments, and closures.

• Coordinate with the operations team after closure for smooth client handover.

Skills Required

• Strong communication in Hindi and confident Hinglish.

• Good convincing, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

• Strong follow-up discipline.

• Comfortable with sales targets and performance-based work.

• Basic knowledge of taxation, compliance, business registration, or finance will be a plus.

• Training and calling scripts will be provided.

Eligibility

• Graduation preferred.

• 12th pass candidates can also apply if communication skills are strong.

• Experience in telecalling, sales, education counselling, finance, insurance, or business services is preferred.

• Must be comfortable working from office.

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM tools is preferred.

Performance Metrics

• Daily calls: 80–150

• Daily connects: 30–60

• Appointments: 2–6 per day

• Weekly closures as per assigned target

• Timely follow-ups and proper CRM updates

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives on appointments and closures
