Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with customers, explaining products and offers, and assisting customers with their queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.

  • Explain products, offers, and services clearly to customers.

  • Follow up with leads and interested customers.

  • Handle customer queries professionally and politely.

  • Assist customers with the order and purchase process.

  • Maintain customer and calling records in the CRM/system.

  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

  • Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with the team.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support preferred.

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

  • Confident and polite communication skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

  • Target-oriented and responsible approach.

  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
