Job Description:

• Enter, update, and maintain customer and business records accurately in company databases and spreadsheets.

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to provide information about products and services.

• Follow up with leads and maintain records of customer interactions.

• Verify, organize, and update customer contact information.

• Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments and collecting customer requirements.

• Maintain call logs, sales records, and activity reports.

• Respond to basic customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team when necessary.

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on calling activities and data entry tasks.

• Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry tools.

• Ability to make and handle customer calls professionally.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Prior experience in data entry, telecalling, customer service, or sales support is a plus.
