Athena BPO is hiring enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the LTFS (Sales Process) in our Domestic BPO division. The role involves handling outbound sales calls for financial products under L&T Financial Services.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Pitch and sell financial products under the LTFS process.

• Understand customer needs and explain product features.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Follow up with interested leads and close sales.
  
  Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 2nd PUC pass

• Age: 18 to 32 years

• Languages:

  • Kannada + Tamil (15 positions)

  • Kannada + Telugu (15 positions)

  • Hindi + Odia/Bengali (10 positions)

• Good communication skills in English and the required regional language.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
  
  Job Details:

  • Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

  • Working Days: 6 days/week with 1 rotational week off

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
