Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Marketing Executive – Telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, generating leads, explaining our security services, and supporting the sales team in business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Make back-to-back outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Maintain client database and daily call reports
Coordinate meetings between clients and the sales team
Handle client queries and provide accurate information
Support digital marketing and promotional activities when required

Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
Pleasant and confident phone etiquette
Experience in tele calling/sales will be an advantage
Freshers with good communication can also apply
