Job Description: Telecaller (Jr. Career Advisor)
We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for the role of Telecaller (Jr. Career Advisor). The role involves connecting with students, guiding them about courses, and encouraging them to visit the center.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students from marketing leads and databases.
Handle inquiries from students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
Provide basic information about courses, fees, duration, and career scope.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
Convert inquiries into confirmed walk-ins and improve show-up rates.
Handle objections related to fees, location, timing, and career concerns.
Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with students/parents.
Maintain call records, lead status, follow-ups, and daily reports in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate walk-ins, appointments, and demo sessions with the center team.
Achieve calling, follow-up, walk-in, and conversion targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Good listening and objection-handling ability.
Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM/Google Sheets.
Energetic, persistent, and positive approach.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum HSC / Graduate.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
