Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products (personal loan, business loan, etc.).

• Explain financial loan products clearly and effectively.

• Generate leads and convert them into customers through follow-up calls.

• Maintain and update the customer database.

• Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for smooth processing.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the manager.

• Handle customer queries in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduate preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Prior experience in telecalling/sales (especially in financial services) is an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

• Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and ability to handle pressure.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
