Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telecaller to promote and sell Personal Loans and Business Loans. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain loan products

• Generate and follow up on leads for Personal & Business Loans

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options

• Collect and verify basic customer documents

• Maintain daily call records and lead status

• Coordinate with the field sales and backend team for case processing

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience: Fresher or 1+ year in telecalling/sales (Loan experience preferred)

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Ability to convince and handle customer queries

• Basic knowledge of Personal Loans, Business Loans & Banking products

• Comfortable with phone calling and CRM/Excel (basic)

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
