We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls for our loan department. The role involves explaining loan products, verifying customer details, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.
Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products (personal loan/business loan/home loan, etc.).
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about loan eligibility, documentation, and process.
Collect and verify customer details and update them in the system.
Follow up with leads to ensure timely completion of loan applications.
Maintain daily call logs and report customer feedback to the team leader.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent support.
