We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our team at Zest Exhibitions, a leading company in exhibition stall design and fabrication. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a strong ability to build client relationships over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Zest Exhibitions’ services.
Understand client requirements for stall design and fabrication.
Generate new business leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Maintain and update client databases and lead trackers.
Schedule meetings between clients and the sales/design team.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide accurate information about products and services to clients.
Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely communication.
