Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, explaining services, and generating leads. Good communication skills in Hindi/English and basic computer knowledge are required.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain company services clearly
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Handle customer queries politely
• Achieve daily/weekly targets

Requirements:
• Female candidate preferred
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM
• Positive attitude and convincing skills
• Experience 0-6 months (Freshers can also apply)
