Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Industry: IT Training / Education

Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers may apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to students interested in IT courses

• Explain course details, fees, duration, and career benefits clearly

• Follow up with leads generated through website, ads, walk-ins, or referrals

• Counsel students based on their educational background and career goals on call.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with academic and support teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in [English / Local Language]

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of computers and IT courses (training will be provided)

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduate

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in tele sales, education sales, or counseling

• Interest in IT and technology-related courses
