Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.

• Explain products/services and generate interest.

• Maintain records of calls and customer details.

• Follow up on leads to ensure conversion.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi/Regional).

• Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
