Telecaller

A Real Estate Telecaller is a lead generation specialist who makes outbound calls to potential buyers, introduces property listings, understands client needs, and schedules appointments for agents, acting as a crucial first contact to qualify leads and feed the sales pipeline by providing info and handling basic objections, all while updating CRM systems. They bridge communication between clients and agents, focusing on cold calling, lead qualification, and scheduling for sales teams in the property market. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Making calls (inbound/outbound) to potential customers from marketing lists or cold calling.

• Information Provider: Explaining property details, features, pricing, and unique selling points.

• Client Qualification: Identifying genuine interest and needs to filter potential buyers.

• Appointment Setting: Scheduling property viewings or meetings with senior agents.

• CRM Management: Accurately logging client interactions and lead data.

• Objection Handling: Addressing initial concerns and providing solutions. 

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 6 years of experience.
