Role overview: We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Head Coach to manage incoming leads, convert inquiries into demo sessions, and drive package sales. This role combines fitness expertise, tele-calling/sales, customer handling, trainer management, recruitment, CRM handling, and multitasking abilities. The Head Coach will act as the primary point of contact for clients, oversee trainer allocation, and ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming telephone leads and convert them into scheduled demo sessions. - Conduct or supervise demo sessions and convert demos into paid fitness packages. - Manage client communication, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. - Assign suitable trainers based on client location, requirements, and fitness goals. - Supervise, coordinate, and support trainers working under the Head Coach. - Recruit, interview, and onboard new fitness trainers when required. - Maintain service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with management to improve lead conversion, retention, and sales strategies. - Work on CRM systems, maintain data, and track follow-ups. - Support basic digital marketing coordination when required.

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based commission on conversions and package sales.
