We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls generated through IndiaMART and TradeIndia portals. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, providing product/service information, and converting leads into sales. Key duties include follow-up with existing and new leads, maintaining call records, updating CRM or lead sheets, and coordinating with the sales team. The role requires good communication skills in Hindi and English, confidence on calls, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to achieve daily calling and conversion targets.
