• Handle outbound calls and inbound enquiries

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers

• Manage the B2B & B2C sales cycle

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain lead and customer records in CRM

• Build client relationships through consultative selling and upselling

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali

• Target-oriented with good convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

• B2B/B2C or software sales experience preferred

• Real Estate Sales candidates are not eligible
