Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into site visits and bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects
Handle inbound inquiries and provide project details
Generate and qualify leads through calls, databases, and campaigns
Schedule site visits for interested clients
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to drive conversions
Update CRM with customer interactions and lead status
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaigns and closures
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Key Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales (Real Estate preferred)
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle objections and close leads over calls
Basic knowledge of real estate projects and sales process
Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Excel
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
