Job Overview : 

We are seeking energetic and target-driven Tele callers to join our Referral Sales team for a leading real estate company. The role involves reaching out to potential leads, building customer relationships, and generating business through referral sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain real estate projects and services.

• Generate leads through referral sales and maintain a strong pipeline.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information to prospects.

• Follow up with leads regularly to ensure high conversion rates.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/database.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  

Requirements

• Graduate / HSC with relevant experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer support.

• 1–4 years of experience in real estate / tele calling / referral sales preferred.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi, Marathi, and English preferred).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
