About the Role:

WIC India Club is looking for an energetic and well-spoken Telecaller to join our sales and membership team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining club services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain club memberships.

• Generate leads and fix meetings for the sales team.

• Maintain call records and follow up with interested prospects.

• Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer interaction.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.

• Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
