We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at WELLNESS MAHOTSAV PRIVATE LIMITED. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our Holiday & Resort Membership Services, and converting leads into successful sales. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 + Incentive.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain holiday packages, resort memberships, and wellness/therapy-related services.
Generate customer interest and convert leads into sales.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call records and update CRM or sales reports.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
