About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Telecallers to join our Wellness Clinic at Thane (W), Mumbai. The role involves engaging with patients over the phone, explaining wellness plans, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from patients.

Explain clinic’s wellness programs and services clearly.

Book appointments and maintain proper follow-up.

Ensure excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience (healthcare or wellness industry preferred).

Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.

Patient, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to handle queries confidently and maintain call records.
