Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound calls related to bank loans and other banking products/services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining suitable financial products, following up with prospective customers and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding personal loans, business loans, home loans, vehicle loans, credit cards and other banking/financial services.

• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant loan products, eligibility, documentation, interest rates and basic terms.

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow up with prospective customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to move leads through the sales process.

• Coordinate with the sales/field team for customer meetings and document collection where required.

• Assist customers with the basic loan application process and ensure required information/documents are collected.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Follow company policies, banking guidelines and applicable compliance requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.

Desired Skills

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented approach with good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic understanding of banking products and loan processes.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Ability to handle targets and work in a performance-driven environment.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM.

• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

• Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi would be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Prior experience in telecalling, banking, NBFC, loan sales, insurance, credit cards or financial services will be preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
