Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our sales team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for calling potential customers (leads provided by the company) and selling our products over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads.

• Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.

• Answer queries and provide appropriate information to the customers.

• Persuade customers to purchase the product or service.

• Maintain daily records of calls and sales.

• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Confident, energetic, and positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry).

• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
